REGISTRATION:

 

All attendees entering auction must immediately register. Bidders may complete the preliminary bidders registration form before sale day. Seller and Auction, at their discretion reserve the right to refuse entry and or expel anyone from auction premises for any reason what so ever.

 

REQUIRED PAYMENT :

 

Cash, Certified check for exact amount of purchase and fees only, Personal Check or company Check accompanied by a bank letter of guaranteed payment, which must be signed and give to auction at time of registration. Modified versions shall not be accepted. Letters of good credit are not a bank letter of guarantee. No credit cards accepted. Purchasers may be required to pay a buyer's premium. Purchaser is required to pay all applicable sales tax, registration fees, licensing and any other fees associated with the sale and transfer of title to the appropriate state the vehicle will be transferred.

 

WARRANTIES:

 

All items are sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" without representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, warranties or conditions as to title, description or otherwise. By submitting a bid, the bidders as purchaser affirm they have inspected all items before bidding. Purchaser shall be deemed to have relied entirely upon their own personal inspections and investigations as to individual value and conditions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL to the highest bidder, unless the sellers reserve price has not been met. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS! Seller or auction reserves the right to correct any misprinted or typographical errors by it or on its behalf in any of its announcements or documents, without the ability of deriving right from the corrected announcements. Auctioneers decision regarding all disputes shall be binding and absolute. Any announcements made the day of the sale will supersede all others.

 

REMOVAL:

 

Once an item is sold, it becomes the purchaser's responsibility. Purchasers are responsible for removing their own purchases, at their own risk of damage or personal injury and now and forever hold harmless the seller and auction from all associated liability or claims. Access to the auction site, post removal is not available. No auction items may be removed from the auction untill accepted payment in full has been received. A receipt must be shown before exit will be allowed.
